It does. Jumping from 2-3 meters would make you get on the knees, slow down and then get up. This makes you continue running like nothing happened.

We might need @Andeey or @Brian. to take a look at this.

Well, I tried to jump from CJ's House Roof, it does get on the character's knees and stopped for a bit then stand up. Let's see what will Brian and/or Andeey say.
