So I was in a pursuit with cops and FBI's with my 5 fellas and when we started shooting at cops I was banned by Mr.Einstein [Rstar]Brian and the reason is lag.cs and I just don't know what is lag.cs so its my second time being banned for nothing and i'm I need a solution for this every time getting banned for nothing hate this shit and don't tell me its a cleo because I bought the original Grand Theft Auto San Andreas

You were running around and being shot by two M4's, you lost almost all your armour instantly.
You then stopped moving, two M4's were still shooting at you and you did not lose a single HP, this happened twice (When you moved you lost your HP, but when you stopped you didn't.)
Therefore it was clear to me you were using a modification called lag.cs, lying about it won't do you any good.

You can keep claiming you don't have anything installed but you weren't even sneaky with it, you were moving, you lost all your armour, you stopped moving, you stopped losing any HP, you were shot at by two M4's for atleast two seconds and didn't even lost a single bit of HP until you started moving again.
