So, i recentely noticed that something's wrong with one of my hdds.

I have 2 HDDs: One with SATA, Jumper 4x1, and a IDE HDD, Jumper 4x2.

The SATA one it experiencing problems, and it's loads a bit slower than before.

The main problem is that the HDD's having problems with installing any OS in it.
It's gives me errors of formatting, S.M.A.R.T problems, etc...

So, I'm not sure if might be the cable or the hard.
Some HDD rescue softwares detected it that might be the cable, but the cable's working fine, it's reads the hdd, but having problems...

And yeah, in the IDE one I have Data stored in it and the OS in another partition, due to malfunctionality of the SATA one.

If you ask me the HDDs model, well...

The SATA one is a Maxtor 6V300F0
And the IDE one is a WD2000JB-00KFA0

And solution would be apreciated.

Download Crystal Disk Info and re-post the results after running the program. Be sure to wait at least 1 minute so you can see how many hours it has run, it's temperature (F/C) and whether it reports "Safe" OR "Cautious" with which settings wrong.

For S.M.A.R.T: Enter BIOS settings and somewhere along SATA/IDE settings you should be able to recognize your HDD's, if you press enter you will be prompted to a few settings among disabling S.M.A.R.T, You have not stated full Specifications of your Computer therefore I can not help you with where the settings are located.
On the other hand S.M.A.R.T alerts are serious! It is a mini-service that reports problems back to computer unabling to follow any installation.

There is no possibility of "cable" issue only if Jumpers are miss-placed which can also cause some sort of problem. For the right "jumper" usage:

Jumper was used prior to BIOS ability to choose BOOT Priority so therefore important if set wrong.

SATA hard drive should not be using any jumpers at all.
EDIT: Unless you are trying to force it into SATA I mode (as opposed to SATA II) to fix compatibility issues. What motherboard do you have?

I don't see anything wrong with those stats, therefore my best guess would be that you can not install Windows on it due the many partitions you have on it. I don't know how much you have divided the hard drive, but I see 300GB HDD with 3 partitions. If the problem remains enter BIOS and try to find where it says about HDD's, somewhere there you will be able to enter the option of Maxtor and disable S.M.A.R.T
