Hi, im Sean Archer. You might read my other books "Parking on sidewalk for dummies" or "typing /gu when all hope is lost for dummies".
Tonight im gonna talk about how to kidnapp without getting gunned down by 20 cadets. Before I start off; with this text I'm not trying to encourage kidnappings. Kidnapping is a federal crime and the consequences of it could be fatal. I'm merely trying to enhance the RP in kidnappings.

"Kidnapping, a word derived from kid, meaning child and nap (nab) meaning snatch, recorded since 1673, was originally used as a term for the practice of stealing children for use as servants or laborers in the American colonies."

Kidnap [kid-nap] can be defined as following:
"The taking of a person against his/her will (or from the control of a parent or guardian) from one place to another under circumstances in which the person has their freedom taken away by acts of violence, force, threat or intimidation."

Kidnapping is as dangerous as it is rewarding and is not for the faint of heart. History has teached us that the more important the victim the greater the profit. What ive seen on the field during my time in the FBI is perps napping random people of the street and then demanding a ransom. Now, who would pay for a person they never met before or heard of. In such rare cases when people have succeded a kidnapping they ussually kidnapped an important person. But who is important in the State of Argonath? I'm not gonna say any names but groups of important people could be: Rstar, ARPD, Government, high-ranked mafiamembers (implying the members of the mafia will pay to get their leaders back as the police fade in seeing the wellbeing of a mobster).

"Failing to plan is planning to fail"
Dont be fooled just to think of the victim when you prepare your sinnister plan. It is just as important to find a reasonable counterpart on the server, meaning a skilled and cunning negotiator that can correspond to your demands. In layman terms: a FBI or high ranked PD member. No matter how well planned your procedure is someone has to pay for the victim. If u think a cadet will pay for someone elses life ur mistaking.

"Two heads are better then one"
Kidnapping is not for the lonewolf. You increase the chance of succeding tentimes by gathering a crew you can count on. The risk of the police making a raid or take you out with snipers decreases alot when u have more guns.

Dont be greedy, its better to have one bird in your hand, than 10 in the forest. Generally ask for 5-10k. People asking for 50k ends up sleeping with the fishes.

Shooting the negotiator is a bad start..

Pick a place were ur familiar with the surroundings for the exchange and make sure you can get away.

You cant advertise your kidnapping using /ad as its against server rules. Instead call 911 or the police/FBI chief.

Come well prepared and well armed, hope for the best but expect the worst.
Dont be frighten by the sight of a FBI rancher, instead welcome the FBI as your one step closer to becoming a richer man (besides its the cadets you should fear).

I hope this manual will reduce the recent lame kidnappingattempts and give the FBI some actual recistance.

I'm the biggest kidnapper in VCMP(confirm with anyone who plays it), I kidnapped about 5 people already, never got killed or arrested for it(except once, the kidnapper shot me(note to self:Kidnapping SWAT officers is dangerous)) . Negotiators don't exist in VCMP and SWAT only think "kill kill" so most of times, it works, the kidnapper ends killed, and me getting away.

BUT in SA I never got to kidnap someone, the cars don't have locks, misa don't have guns, therefor the kidnapper ends up running away, which sucks.
I hope this guide helps me kidnap successfully someone.

hehe, when i call a cab and a random car pull up (like 2 days ago a car with 3 guys in it) and tells me to hop in. I say i dont hitchhike and they like "wtf?", like its a normal thing to hop in a car with 3 unknown men in.

Last time i was kidnapped, then i also lost my wheelchair Xd

This guy seemed nice, but after i said "thx" to him, he said "You are not going to thank me" and then he locked the car, but he didn't tie me or tape me. But i couldn't walk too, ((RP)) Becuz, i didnt have my wheelchair

Anyways, like all time - suspect were catched and hostage safe Xd((But then i had to go ffs, in mid of RP))
