i suggest that there should be option to disable suspect car with ESD Harpoon with which it will be more easier to stop suspects when officer is on foot he must type /EsD [PlayerID] to disable his car engine like ESD Harpoon Launcher is also used in Fast & Furious 2 to disable Car this will be very easy to catch suspect
and there should be range if a cop is really far from suspect than he cant use /esd command to disable suspect engine
