I would like to announce and introduce the Liberty City Customs Mod designed by Wheelrider as the first official and server supported mod.
With the help of Wheelrider and this mod we have been able to finally add custom liveries and tunes to vehicles that can be viewed and shared with all players who have the mod installed.
FBI, LCPD, and NOoSE now have their own unique liveries which can be applied to a series of different vehicles. Tunes and custom car colors are also now available for a wide range of vehicles, these car colors and tunes are not available to apply or view without the mod installed.

I would encourage all players who frequent the IV:MP server to install this mod, particularly so you will be able to view faction vehicles as they are intended to be viewed. Below are a few examples of what some vehicles will look like with the mod installed and without it. (Vehicles using the new colors like neon green shown below will appear as white to those without the mod).
