I know it sucks guys, but it'll be resolved as soon as Gandalf sees the messages. Every Argo server on that system is affected by it. Knowing his work schedule, he just hasn't had a chance to check on things yet. I'm sure once he does, there will be an immediate action to fix it.
If someone has his number, you can simply give him a call and let him know about it.
