Even with the ups and downs and the current situation, I'll still give it a ten as I've spent over seven years here and couldn't settle into any other server apart from Argonath.

On a more serious note, Argonath has had a big impact for sure. Lots of different connections and friends who are fun to call from time to time. inb4 my forum PM gets trolled with naked dicks and tampons.

I would rate the change in life part 4/10, but the quality of the experience would go around a 7/10. I admit, probably my English level hasn't been improved very much, but I had been given some perspectives on how people around the world feel about others and communities, plus that I had seen that many like to mimic the pop culture in the United State, especially memes and words. Anyway, I found some nice people and I found some others that I wouldn't like to meet so often.

Argonath tends to be very stress inducing, a break like this when it goes down is quite nice. Nothing can go wrong since server is off, no issues to deal with. Beautiful.

That's exactly how I feel (actually, it starts to be a matter of the past) when I get in the server sometimes.

Also, I hope that you don't mind if I point out some stuff that needs some thought about the community:

I've heard people from the SA:MP community that they got bored of so many commands to learn instead of roleplaying them and using their imaginations. I've heard a guy say on a deleted topic that going to RS 4.1 (I think) was a big mistake because everyone had to recover and he simply just got bored of that. Although, he did say that he felt the update was necessary because it was synchronizing with the new features of SA:MP. Anyway, I've observed that many players understand that by improving the Roleplay we need to add more and more commands. Not even close! In my opinion, I think that I know what the root to that problem is. We made them understand that way. Instead of going and leading by example on how to understand each other and be nice with one another, we focused ourselves on the money and on being more important than we were. Who remembers the old admin DeeJay? Well, he was thinking he was very important, but when he left the admin duty, nobody remembered him, because he wasn't nice to them and didn't help the community that much. One more thing, then I'll rest my case for now. Many of you are suffering of the "member berry disease", meaning that you like remembering stuff a bit better than it really was.

You know, people after a war think that it was terrible, but, after decades from that, they think that it was an awesome thing that happened to their lives (or maybe not that far). Anyway, I don't find roleplaying so interesting in a game, but I've seen the "old days" roleplay type. It is good, but, quite long.

The Roleplay doesn't have to do that much with the scripted jobs. I myself don't have a problem with waiting 1 minute for the plant to be harvested. I don't. It gives the officers time to interact with me and for me to roleplay something to stall them. For example, I do a magic trick in front of them. Roleplaying isn't about advantages over others or winning. It is about having fun and trying something you could not in your real life. Just like children play games taking roles. They don't pay money to have fun, they just step outside and take even sticks to play .

So, probably you should just be nicer to each other and try to help the new players, you mean the galaxy to them (and I mean it).

Not even close. Argo is not closing. The people with the power to fix it just aren't free to do so at the moment. Everyone is freaking out over nothing. If Argo was going to close over such a short downtime, it would have done so over 10 years ago.

By "people" you mean one person who's busy enough. So what are there nobody else?
