Yea, but if GTAIV:MP is gonna be anything like SA:MP (no peds, blank, etc etc) wtf are we gonna do with 16 people...

I think haden Is right and I stated this before ; multiplayer here usually means some sort of dm / gamemode in a small part of town . (people who played Saints row on xbox 360 know what i mean) .. Multiplayer freeroam/rpg with 200 slots ? dont count on R* games develloping that .However there are some games being developed that will bring RP to a massive mp enviroment one of them is called A.P.B and its in the dev fase (This game wil feature Massive mp so a city with thoyusands of poeple , gangs police numerous items possibilety for gang wars etc ) but expect it to be payed for monthly ..As for GTA , they never intended for it to be RPG so they wont develop it

It will probably be about 20 - 30 players or at least 50.  I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Well i think the biggest reason why Rockstar games putted in Multiplayer is because Saints Row had it to and everybody liked that it had Multiplayer.
I only hope that some guys are going to develope a better MP for GTA IV then.

Actually GTA:SA on console features a kind of mp.. well.. maybe not mp.. but you could play 2 players in co-op roaming all around
the whole map. :P

I think maybe the GTA4 MP will be like that but with 16 slots for humans.

I think like the others also, there is gonna take some time to them to develop GTA IV MP . Some of my classmates says also its not gonna be to PC

BTW: How long it took to develop SA:MP After San andreas single player

I would not count on this version to be so easily modable , since R* games doesnt like mods of their products in the first place (since hot coffee) and the  multiplayer they are develloping themselves for the game (although no rp) anyway dont count to see something like SAMP come for it any time soon

Even if it does come out on PC (Probably 2 years after it comes out for ps3/xbox 360) I need to buy a new computer, the gfx it requires is immense

1 year, but yeah, it requires a lot of GFX power.
