[Liberty City Police Dept.] Suing of Officer Frank Harris

Dear court, on the date of 17/3/2017
Officer Harris had performed an illegal u-turn, denting an official LCPD vehicle, the property of the Liberty City PD. He claims to have done nothing wrong, however, he has been fined $150 but afterward threatened me. He also interrupted my u-turn, which was being carried out safely, and legally.
My demands:
I'm unsure if this is too much or not, but $5,000,000 Argonath Dollars for the illegal vandalism of LCPD Property, the threats made against an Officer and the fact that he illegally u-turned, interrupting my u-turn, causing the car crash, as well as causing the downfall of the LCPD's pride and reputation, also giving Chief Emily Sanderson $200,000 for the damage done to LCPD property, reputation and pride of the agency.

If this is too much, I demand that Chief Emily Sanderson of the LCPD receives $100,000 Argonath Dollars on my behalf for the damage done, and I receive $50,000 Argonath Dollars for the threats made against me, and this bastard of a cop, who threatens his associates, to be fired, also considering he is an ex-criminal member of the Genovese.

SUBJECT: Report made against Off. Frank Harris.

Honorable Judge,

 After reviewing the case made against the Liberty City Police Department, and a personal of the Department, and the demands which the complainant has forwarded; We would like the demands to be rejected and the case to be closed. The demands made by the field officer are not logical, and the fees of the car and the damage it takes, is not charged to him in anyways, and the Police Department itself will take the fees required to repair the vehicle.
 The complainant field officer does not have any right to request the Police Department to pay him for the damage that was done during field work by an off-duty officer, and to a vehicle that he does not own or is not charged with what happens to it.

 If the field officer wants to proceed with this case, we would like to request this complaint to be handled by the Department itself. The case will be investigated, and a judgment will be made upon what we have as evidences, and according to State Laws, and department's regulations.

Judge Conway, I do not demand the money from LCPD. The LCPD are not the ones I need cash from. I request that the LCPD receive the $100,000 for the damage from my behalf. I demand that $50,000 be given to me from Officer Harris, for the threats made against me.

This court case has been reviewed by a jury consisting of 5 members.

The jury finds that MrMeeses does not provide sufficient evidences and that the demands are not reasonable. The car belongs to the LCPD and it's their problem to deal with it.

This case is dismissed by the jury.
