I never use any mods all my files are clean 100%
fast test was conducted by paprika telling me that I shouldn't use any controller, in which I didn't.

So I`m still not sure of what's the real reason behind the ban, and do I really deserve it or was it a mistake.

I`m not complimenting myself , but if I needed any fast transportation method I can afford a heli, comet and all the sport cars.

I dont use any mods , neither do I intend to.
my game is enb modded with wheelrider mod, I`m using the same game since a whole year now.

We are getting quite tired of players thinking they can tweak the handling and it will go un-noticed. There are a few others doing it and they will be dealt with as well (consider it a warning if you are reading this).

The test with Mihail was irrelevant, you were being watched for some time before Mihail contacted you, at which time he stated that you were using the joystick to control the throttle. If you were, or were not is irrelevant however suspicious.

During the time you were spectated you reached speeds that are only possible on long straightaways with downhill, yet you were turning and driving on short sections of road, your acceleration curve was also noticeably enhanced. Accelerating from 150mph to 170mph even on downhill takes many seconds to accomplish, yet you managed to do it in 1-2 seconds.

Once again we aren't going to tolerate the use of mods or any modification of the handling files. I spent many hours testing mods in single player before I even discovered Argonath or IVMP, I know that the handling can be modified in very specific ways as to not alter the top speed or suspension characteristics, I consider myself well informed on the matter.

The management needs to discuss how to proceed with this, until then the ban shall remain.

Asked few friends to test state sultan downhill and they stated that its top speed is 174, max peak to 175km, so its even not what you said

150mph to 170mph

Goes fairly easy on highway and other straight roads.

Also I remember not 1 but 2 or 3 people stating that in any vehicle I use I`m faster.

My fps is smooth on 60-70, using shift +enter from enb menu , locked fps to 70. lowest on 50 in times if it drops. this is the perfect fps to be playing games at my monitor which is 60hz 1ms response.

On another game which is first person shooting I play, I noticed that having 120fps and climbing ladders is fairly slow , when compared to having it synced to 70fps , so its min is not so much bellow 60, it gives ideal performance and climbing ladder becomes  fast.
Same goes to Minecraft  on PVP, having fps locked to 70 so its just near 60 allows for faster hits in PVP.

So just think about this, smooth and fast game with a ping ~160-200(speed can be 100 but I'm moving faster than average players from one place to another)
I see myself moving smoothly with no drops but my upload speed is the bottleneck, u see me driving 150 next thing it jumps to 170 or higher (which is faster potatoe pc`s with fast europe net )
My max upload speed is lower than 100kb, my internet is making latency because many users on the wifi network(shared wifi)
I have no idea how did it came that fast quick, its either my higher fps or ping.

P.S: my road is textured, if its unevenly made going up and down just like, in airport races going on sand wins you the race, then my road texture is affecting as well.
An example of what I used 2016, and still using now: Captured in 4k then rendered to 1080p to lower its size for easy upload, just 100mb or less.

then unsuspected me for bug, I moved fast but upload is slow, so that officers trigger my /rhl to be endless.

Last 2-3 times I became suspect was because of my poor upload speed while passengers where sitting on a bike with me.

I had this exact same configuration recorded to show sultan normal speed that I had, either it was from mgs to algonquin or from dukes to airport, or from algonquin bridge to airport.
Goes 178 max as it did with me before.

Proof:

Started my stop watch, start yours as well.

Goes from 150 to 170 in 2.3seconds

with my smooth fps, slower upload speed it can show that I may achieve this speed in <2 seconds.

However, not only was your connection causing you to warp all over the screen causing at least 5 reports from 5 different players who were chasing you giving reports ranging from "handling mods" "hacking" "teleporting" and "lagging badly". Handling mods were obviously a concern, however I had the good sense to check your connection and determined that was the main problem, now I suspect that mods may have been involved as well.

When I questioned you about your connection I asked you to either switch to a more stable connection or surrender to police so that we stop getting reports of you cheating. Your reply to me was "not my problem" or something to that regard. Additionally after that with your random "lol" comments in the main chat and watching you warp all over the screen it became clear that you had discovered your advantage and were now using it to troll and exercise an unfair advantage over others. I didn't unsuspect you for "bug" but rather for "unstable connection giving an unfair advantage" or something along those lines (I don't remember the exact words used).

Most of your defense seems to be placed around your connection and/or ping, even though your ping is reasonable. You should be aware that the client reports velocity and position to the server at roughly 50 times per second. Your slow upstream can delay those reports from the client to the server but it cannot give false reports. If the server is telling me your velocity at a certain value, that value is coming directly from your client, it is not effected by latency or connection.

We have added some tools that allow us to more closely monitor position and velocity to help combat this problem. Players who have made minor changes to their handling in hopes to not get caught are in for a surprise. Either you have attempted to fool us or you have installed something which you were unaware of that changed the handling (I believe the first part).

How exactly did you check and confirm i used mobile network, I'm still laughing at this reply because I didnt subscribe to any mobile network since 2 years or more, I only use wifi.
Mobile network is 4g but limited here, I can send you my mobile network data plan table if you are interested.

Also we all know that reports is for rulebreaks, doesnt make me a bad person to wrap all around the screen, in fact one of the best lagger is an Admin(no offence <3 )

In the mean time, I will be installing a clean copy of the game just to be safe in the future.
If you check your anti handling script(if you have it) you can clearly find out that all my files are matching to original one no extra 1 binary number is incremented.

My game is clean but not original, enb.

So on my end I will play on the non-enb IV in hopes of having 0 advanatage over anyone ( if there were any in my current enb one )
If I alter any changes to texture I will have them checked by a staff member, before planning to permanently use them , then get surprised about it later on.

I'm aware this isnt a debate of how my outcome will be, nor discussing who is right or wrong.
I didnt have a 100% original texture,roads.
It may have given me a slight advanatage, I'm aware now that I should use original game data, regarding my wifi I cant do anything about it.
Our shi**y plans are expensive and it focus on download speed only, all of them have max upload of 100kb.

So if you see me mistaken, I'm not saying I'm not. I will install the original game, lagging part I cant help.

If I`m mistaken no one is perfect, I`ll admit the mistake, tell you what I will do in the next time and how I learned from it.
I`m aware that this is the unban procedure.
I know my mistake is having enb unchecked for over a year I should have checked it before, even if I thought its normal, in the future I will use normal IV not enb version.
I learned that having enb may alter handling even if its the same and may give me advantage over other players which isn't allowed in this server.
I was truly unaware of any special affects it has caused, but I believe in your words, and trust that you have experience in mods, therefore I'm taking your word for it that I was faster than normal, which has nothing to do with lag, fps.
In the future if I want to use any mods that are texture based , I should still ask a staff member to check and see if they are normal for usage and gives 0 advantage over anyone else.

I'm sorry for what happened, I know that for around 1 month of being banned you are waiting for me to admit that I had handling mods, if that was the case I would have admitted from the beginning, but truly I had no handlings modified, it could be a mod in enb that altered a handling that I didn't know about.

My game is original and clean now (since 2-3 weeks)
How can i be trusted in the future ?
I will not install enb again , keep my game original and install approved modifications in the forum.

We are actually different people, is there any way to prove it to you, apart from the fact that it is long known that we share networks between me and Kardinal (2014), that we are indeed two different people with myself and my cousin I am living with in the same flat, different apartments.

About his english improved I can't speak for him.

We never share accounts, never did I ever play or login from his pc and never did I let him touch my account.

Reason why you did it: Regarding the invetigation Support email didn't work I only sent it to @James Conway  and @Witchking

I thought my identity should have been kept secret not to cause any hate or personal issues I'm disappointed.

However, Owners weren't informed.

demand to lift off the investigation on @Senate He had valid reasons in which I realised later.
There is no reason to carry on investigation, I only asked for it since I realised that on a shocking moment while knowing that I had clean files, I don't take this matter seriously which is breeching my simpliest privacy and informing the person who i reported about it.
However, I find it that I'm not allowed on the server for demanding an investigation on a ban like 1 month ago, now when its time for me to be unbanned I'm punished yet again and not allowed in the server for again when asking for my simpliest no causing issue right.

There is no rule in unban request saying that if you ask for email support we will make you wait another 2,3 month or a whole year till we carry your investigation, so not that i even helped its actually making me look stupid , since its having me punished more.

I want to lift off the invesigation immediatly @James Conway and @Witchking  were informed.

I don't appreciate going through unban request like for a whole month, having my heart jolted twice, first for the unbanned(april fools) and now locking my ban request and waiting for owners in which I didn't even send anything at first.

If there is any rule that says once I send a support pm that once its my unban time I will be punished more and not be allowed on the server until the invetigation carried will be resolved and it can't be closed, then please show me the documentation made about it.
