'Hobos' is a group/community of homeless people which lives in the streets of Santos. They fight of the justice of Hobos and they are trying to survive in the streets of wealthy criminals together. Time taught them that they will need to go on illegal and blood track aswell to get their justice. Otherwise mafias and criminals won't let them survive and each day one hobo will be killed. This organisation is trying to help themselves and others. Ultimately, They even need money for this work so they've been doing several illegal business aswell to earn fast money.

Hobos is a group of Hobos which lives near Glen Park, Illinois that was crippled in 2013 as a majority of its leaders and enforcers were indicted in a federal racketeering conspiracy (RICO). According to the Santos Police Department, the Hobos operated a wide range of drug distribution centers in Santos Side, in the area known as the Low End. They are considered one of the most violent gangs operating in Santos, and are known to carry out brutal punishment including murder for anyone interfering with their business dealings.
