Just saying , saying ''you are white and stupid'' kinda sounds like you are saying that white people are stupid.

Thats how you see it. Normal person sees it as implying he doesn't know african american (black) gang sign because he's white (which can be seen from picture, in case emre was the one on the picture which is i believe what omar was implying).
