[IV:MP] Rework of vehicle prices

I would like to propose rework of vehicle prices according to their value, popularity, and ability to "troll". The suggested system would [hopefully] promote people into trying out different types of vehicles before going for the top things.

You will see that I do mention a lot low-class, mid-class, high-class. Those are 3 general subdivisions I made for all vehicles. Low should be max up to 15k, mid to around 25-40k [Exceptions SUVs, Trucks and things], and high usually above 50k and way beyond. Also, I might mention that some cars have advantage over others due to WheelRider's car-mod

Car-dealership's would not have much troubles with it since they can sell the car for the same price they got it. As for the players who already have their pets that will [most likely] have their price decreased.. well, you bought the car to drive it didn't you? You would either sell it before the rework to get back the cash or keep it as you bought it for yourself C:

Most of the cars with increased price are the ones that can be used for trolling.. or there are similar vehicles to it with higher price than their own, so, we should flatten that out C:

That's why Rid's mod got official support. To keep people using it as much as possible and boost it's usage. Besides, The division wouldn't easly take a decision of making the mod official , to make it optional. People are required to install the mod in order to get the best quality, stay online and updated.

But prices did increase for troll subjects, most of them.. some got their price just readjusted :P

But how about ds owners who will lose tons of their import money.
Armelin may not be free to rescript all the game vehicles, but a very interesting and reasonable pricing we can think of it being implimented in RS2.1, where everyone gets their value back and a whole new rework for vehicles, maybe more updates as well.

But the cheap end cars should stay at same spot. Just less popular cars can be dropped , to increase car diversity. Because theres simply 3 types.

I think that its unfair to see changes in all Ds's other than grotti.
I mean lets look at it from the owner prespective, each profit is around 1-20k
Grotti itself gives lowest profit 40-65k

So having it price increase means more profits to Grooti Business and lower Profits to all other businesses.

The main problem is not paying 3-9k for lower cars, everyone will be able to afford them with new fireman,medic missions.

But rather the high end cars are insanely high 300k for a comet thats 5x its old 60k price.

If this was old rs 1.6 struggling to get 60k will be the same as struggling to get 300k.
Its well balanced in every means.
Having each every car price dropped making current lower class business men loss.
But grooti still will have same old prices, even more this time is insane.
No reWork is needed because the profits from missions before and now has the same ratio.
