Of all the times I have seen a person suspected due to a carkill, I have never actually seen a situation in which the carkill was roleplayed, it is either a person AFK in the road, an intentional rulebreak, or a complete accident.
All of those reasons are an inconvenience, as it will often end up with the suspect either needing to evade the police (because nobody online can /cs, either that or waste time sitting in jail..), or, to sit through an investigation, both for an accident, or something that is entirely not their fault.
I don't see why you can be suspected by carkilling, it only allows rulebreakers to carkill and be chased by the police. (of course, you would /report, but why have them be suspected in the first place?)

Admins still are able to see kill methods/reasons.

What's the point to make cops have to chase a rulebreaker?
Rulebreaks arent cop problem , so they shouldnt be put to them , as suspects. Its not a cop job to deal with rulebreakers. Cause they cant chase them anyway by the cop rules.  :balance:

Actually, it is. The automatic suspect is made so that if no admins around, police can sort of handle the situation by blocking/chasing off the suspect in order to prevent him from doing even more harm. At least till the admin doesn't come by C:

Generally, to me, police job always was sort of light moderation work. You go on and deal with problematic players with least amount of force as possible [At least that is how it should be]

And let's not fool around, some cops are on duty just because of thrill of the chase, same as the criminals are becoming suspects for the same feeling  :lol:

Just keep digging for your true purpose in life! That is, of course, what you deeply want and have dreamed of your entire life! Just, don't waste it on becoming a replica of someone... We are really UNIQUE how we are.

A mod is a unique person chosen by HQ that saw a potential in him, and he can have a certain strength to add to the staff power.
Having cops compared to light moderation is wrong, I dealth with rulebreakers as a cop in the past, they easily car kill you, have their friend car kill them and pass the suspection.
A total mess.
If killings doesnt make the killer happy to have a cop chase him,her . Then he might consider killing again, because each time its done = more probability he will be punished for rulebreaking the server rules.
Same goes to players car killing other officers to pass the suspection away from their friend if they have a faster vehicle.
So  any suspection shall go through RolePlay and not RuleBreak then justify it as "oh sorry in /p" while enjoying the chase because of boredom.

Removing the suspection for car kills will again enable more direct roleplay, find out players real intentions either to really Roleplay as criminals or simply cop bait, rulebreak and easily engage in a chase (which is what they want)
People who simply don't care about losing 200$ anymore because they can easily get the money recovered doing 1 fireman/medic.

In my opinion, this is Not supported  It's a nice idea for the ones who accidently kill someone but it's not helpful for actual criminals + rulebreakers. As you mentioned, people will just carkill each other because they won't get suspected for it. It almost sounds like it will encourage DM. I also don't support it because of the fact that this should actually come along with a whole other police system in my opinion. In order to remove it, the whole suspection system possibly has to be removed. In order to make it work, the use of 911 calls, RP, actual communication between cops, action of other players have to make big changes. It's all being affected.

I'd just stick with the current situation, if you accidently kill someone, just surrender and ask for an investegation and make the killed player confirm that it was a mistake.

It won`t promote DM, it will promote the opososite of DM, you will be dealt with Rule break if you car kill intentionally.
It will raise level of awareness of drivers in LC, it will have players feel and act more seriously when it comes to killing others by car.
Also since you are from samp, iv:mp isn`t force RP like samp , its just light rp.
