Well, what I was trying to say is, that the hunter should be for military use only. Cops and civilians should get kicked out like civilians trying to get in cop cars.

But this discussion was about the sea sparrow. Since the sea sparrow has a helicannon in it, it should be for cop use only. Since when in real life would you see a civilian flying a helicopter which has a machine gun fitted into it and is handled by helicopter controls? It also makes helicopter running suspects less annoying since there are good ways to go against it.

Don't agree, the sea sparrow it's a civil chopper, civilians should be able to use it.
Cops would have a too big advantage if only they could have seasparrows.

Civilian helicopters shouldn't ever need a weapon. Most people who use helicopters are to either run away as a suspect, or to get to a place more quickly. If a new player gets into the sea sparrow, their 1st thought would most likely to be using it as a deathmatching instrument.

Hunter definately cannot be for all people's use, since most new players would just use the hunter as a dming instrument rather than to actually roleplay with it.

The main discussion is on the sea sparrow. If only the police maverick had helicannons like the sea sparrow. But the hunter is a military aircraft, so I'm not sure if it's realistic to have it as a SWAT machine.

Most death matchers don't even know about the where abouts of the sea sparrow.Anyway if SWAT can only use the hunter then it can always be there to take out the sea sparrow(or just use an m60)
So whats the problem with citizens being able to use it?

very unlikely situation even for an organized terrorist group
but its not possible to stamp VCPD or SWAT on it. So maybe we can just paint it black for law use

No. The sea sparrow should be for citizen use. Its not used for death matching maybe your wanted and want to use it to take out the hunter which is about to kill you. And you could easly find a citizen with a helicoptor with a machine gun fiitted onto it. Its not hard to fit a machine gun on to thier heli not that they wouldnt be arrested for it. Its fair having one attack heli for the SWAT or Army and have the other one for citizens which they could use.

How's it easy, lol. You try fitting a machine gun which is controlled by the helicopter controls and also has autoaim abilities in your helicopter.

The hunter is a military aircraft, hence it should be strictly only for military use. Even cops or SWAT shouldn't have access to it. The only reason at the moment that it's ok for them, is that the military skin doesn't exist in the game yet.

If cops had access to anti-helicopter weapons, then helicopter running wouldn't have to be restrained. However, if civilians have the helicopter which has weapons, it would just make helicopter running suspects even harder to catch than what they are now.

Believe me suspects do not run away they attack, well I do anyway. And ive never seen a suspect who gets into a chopper just to hover over vice city for an hour.

Its not hard to shoot down a sea sparrow. Ive done it many times.

I have in San Andreas, and they even laugh at you if you can't catch them while they're flying at 125mph at 1KM above ground.

If you haven't noticed this is VCMP not SAMP. Ive never seen someone running away and laughing while in a sea sparrow. I mean whats the fun of that. They'll proberly get bored after 5 minutes when they've noticed the cops are just ignoring them. Your drving a sea sparrow which has a gun on it. You would not use it to run away, you would use it to fight back against the cops. Then get shot down by ever a hunter or an m60.

He's right trobby, in VC most criminals go after cops when they get bored of waiting.
