if the sea sparrow is only for swat/cop use it will remain unused
coz all cops will prefer hunter over the sea sparrow
so in that case its better to remove sea sparrow from the server

i just noticed that around 80% criminals enjoy being chased by the hunter

the problem is with the rest 20% who wish to fight and kill as many cops as possible(thinking it as sportsmanship)
when they r killed by a hunter they usually get pissed off

so a idea could be spawn all helis on lower hp(the min. value that it doesnt starts emitting smoke) around 40 to 50
and remove sea sparrow from the server and remove the controversy with it

so it will be easier for the criminals to destroy a heli, and both 80% and 20% are satisfied

also in real life heli are more sensitive than cars
a touch on a building and BOOM!

A helicopter with only 40-50hp would be appeared as a smoking vehicle which would look rather silly. There wouldn't be any meaning in just simply reducing the HP level of the hunter.

Well it doesn't really affect the way the player uses the hunter. It just makes them go back to the spawn place to get the hunter again. So I don't see any point in making it with less HP.
