Is Argonath Dying ?

So i look on Argonath server and theirs always either 0 or 4 lately the player activity has been low what i want to know is will it ever increase or has Argonath officially died you decide but please answer the question when will the activity start again

Was a nice place to hang out at from time to time. Not so much anymore considering I rarely see anyone on the server anymore, at least not the guys that were playing couple of months ago.

I can confirm with what Salmonella said. For instance, in IV:MP, there was a very harsh admin that was not really liked that now isn't even getting into the game anymore. I caught late 2014 and since then many good changes had happened, from valuable new players such as Harzy, the RS 2.0 update and new admin staff that is good with people and tries to be reasonable with all players.
Anyway, I don't know about Vice City, but, probably it will be alright after some time. Anyway, everything has a cycle and a downfall. After all, that's an unwritten law.

The same decrease in activity that happens every year just before and after christmas/new years and summer holidays. Nothing to worry about, people will play when the summer comes.

As for those who say the server is dead, feel free to ignore them, they don't know jackshit of what they speak of

I was active and actually a newbie at that time, I never got warned by who you mean, I don't think that we should blame admins for each and everything, that admin was the best in my eyes, he executed proper commands and made the game fair for everyone, he even advised me once since I was in a family that took unrefundable donations that if the owner is banned we'd lose everything.

For IV:MP, we just need new scripters to make the game better, for example gui scripted server, people say its crushy, I tried it myself its alright, only limited to no tutorial ever to learn from.

SAMP is better than IV in scripts, but not graphics, physics and gameplay.

Is Argonathrpg dying ?
Yes and no, yes in terms of old scripts RS2 to be honest isn't that major update that we all needed, maybe in first few weeks when weed gave like 4k profit every hour or so, we had like 20/32 players the whole 2 weeks, even in midnight people did weeds.
There was a new challenege to buy expensive stuffs and a challenging job indeed.
Now its limited to fireman/medic which is boring(ateast in samp there is red rancher for fireman, blue rancher for medic, kinda helpful if added)

No, as long as logs are read by @Senate and Other division leaders, managers. Upon flooding once I receive a pm from @Senate , this 100% means that there is an effort put either by him or other division leaders, and NO! they aren't sitting at the thrones doing nothing !
Looking at the staff list, majority of staff are mods, so majority of admins work is prioritizing new players to be familiar with the server not only to ban people.

I`m only concerned on the time server went offline or for maintenance , kind of makes the server venerable to attacks in players perspective.

Overall, if the Lords of Power can make slight change to Argonathrpg vision towards making some premium features like bonuses to jobs in-game it might help with the hosting, etc and keeping server alive for a longer time.

Is Argonath dying? That's debatable. Is the server dead? No the server isn't dead until it's offline.

This same thing has happened every year since server launched all the way back in 2008.

I was actually quite surprised how much activity there was during february/march due to it being the most quiet times usually.

Just because the server's playercount isn't what you imagine it should be at all times doesn't make it dead, this is a game after all and real life has always taken priority for (most) of us during this time of the year.

Probably it's because of @Kessu's schedule. He seems like a very experienced player, and probably he doesn't always have the time to play on the server.

There are many people playing on so many different timezones, and most probably the timezone difference between yours and his is at least 5 hours.
