Dear court, on the date of 8/4/2017
I was driving and had parked on the sidewalk in my licensed Brute Stockade, 8000cc, categorized as a truck. Then a rookie cop, called Coffe came and fined me $50. I said I had to leave, Gruppe 6 stuff, and I was suspected of Evading a Traffic Stop. I may not be guilty of Evasion, but the charges of Public Vandalism are not valid. There was no conclusive evidence proving the charges, and after an admin came to deal with it, I paid the fine x2 and was then unsuspected. I find this unfair, taking into account the fact that although the 2 cops may have called me guilty, there was no real evidence, proving me guilty of any charges. The Evasion, I clearly said to the Officer that I had to go, because of agency reasons, that are classified. I was then suspected for Evasion. However, there isn't constructive evidence proving any charges, however I MIGHT be guilty of Evasion.
My demands:
I demand my $100 back, with 100% commission, totaling to $200 ARD, however if I am found guilty of Evasion, I demand $150 ARD

However Coffe (bokicocacola) sent me a message trying to convince me to not take this to court, I received 2 messages from him, blackmail, you can call it

Honorable Judge,
I would like to issue my statement on the incident what happened this day, Officer Jeevan and I were Patrolling on a Normal day while we saw a Transport Truck parked on the side walk, Mr Meeses destroyed a light pole, which is a traffic offence under the LCPD Fine under a Moderate Traffic Violation of Vandalism, we pulled Mr Meeses over and issued a ticket for Vandalism. Mr Meeses then Refused to pay the fine and Evaded the traffic stop, By that time he got provoked by Admin (Paprika) Mr Meeses Surrendered immediately and asked for a Investigation.
Officer Jevan was at the time investigating the case while Mr. Meesse was Provoking me, calling me a (Kid) and spamming the chat what was witnessed by Paprika at the time of this event.

Honorable Judge, he abused his G6 power and tried to evade from the ARPD under the name of G6.. No court or Argonath Police Department has given G6 the rights to Evade the Traffic stop.
He also said a few weeks back (I had to leave, Gruppe 6) so I ask you Is he Worthy to be the Chief of G6 or a Member. After his behavior?

The admins have nothing to do with roleplay, also I was kicked because I was AFK when paprika talked to me, and when I got back I was kicked. Simple. Also, I did not evade the traffic stop. I only said I had to leave because of agency stuff. I did not run in an attempt to escape, and my position in Gruppe 6 has nothing to do with the situation. I am the chief of Gruppe 6 unless I resign, the business belongs to me, after gaining rights from the Supreme Court.

I did not abuse any power, or try to EVADE. I may have evaded, even if it was not my intention so I will say this: I MAY be guilty of Evasion, but there is no consecutive proof of any of the other charges. Besides, an 8000cc truck cannot skid once in a while? You need to take into account the events of reality, and how the situations can occur. That light pole fell on me, injuring me, my leg was trapped, I managed to get it free but the Officers never even asked me if I was alright! When I called him a rookie, that is because he would not act like a mature, grown man. I obviously called him a rookie, because during the investigation he would not ask appropriate questions regarding the events that had occurred that day. I demand at least $150 ARD back, and if I am innocent of the evasion, I demand $200 ARD back, as that is 100% commission of the fine I paid.

I'm not here to Argue with him, He was in Perfect Condition while we pulled him over. How can a poll injure him when he is in the Vehicle? He doesn't even own a G6 8000cc truck yet it was owned by another player And he is not the Chief of G6. Why would he "Skid" in a Company vehicle? he might get Pulled over Once more. Therefor I was Doing my job while he Destroyed a light poll witch I say again is a LCPD Moderate traffic violation of Vandalism My partner can Confirm that for you since he was Patrolling with me at the time of this Event also I cant ask him appropriate questions Beacause i cant take over the Investigation and The officer who suspected him cant take over the case.
And if he was acting like a Old player that Respects the (Traffic stop) also The (Server Rules) he would not Start a fight with me and should have a simple conversation.

A truck like that CAN skid, and people can get injured from light poles, such as H.B. Halicki, a filmer who almost died because of that, also that was during the movie. Anyway, he almost DIED from it, and my leg was trapped because the belt came loose from under the steering column, causing it to trap my leg. Us logic, and learn to use /me and /l anyway I am not willing to argue either but there isn't any evidence proving any charges, however I can say I MIGHT be guilty of evasion, even if I wasn't intending to evade.
