Potato pc iv fix, no props removed no lower distance.

Hi all, so I was experimenting on my low end laptop (fanless) which got a weak intel atom.

The game cannot run more than 4fps on 800x600 with all low settings, just by installing this commandline game now runs on 20fps, again if you want to run it on full hd or qhd , just change the height and width.

I tried other things and it went bad into removing trees , road cons even ship wreckage was not there.
Currently this commandline will give you an fps boost while maintaining all props, so your game has no advanatage over everyone.

*commandline wont break your game , it may not run on first launch, so end iv task and try for the second time.in-caseyour unable to run the game for 2,3 tries. you can delete the commandline file you created.
Don't forget to change height,width to your respective resolution.
So steps:
1- make a new text file call it: Commandline

2- Copy and paste this into it, then save it:

I`m using it in my high end build right now, but I tweaked the texture and other things.

* in my case its running on 460x640 , I had to tweak intel settings to make it as "scale full screen"else it will be like a small mini-player window page which is very annoying.
Don't forget to change height,width to your respective resolution.

since it has a low storage the game is stored on micro sd card 

  this is a 100$ toy like laptop I got , it cant run 1440p videos, I got a main pc to play games im not worried.
But this tutorial for people who suffer from low end pc's and low fps.

How is it provoking when I open a topic to help people and someone replies normally and I reply back on the same manner no provoking , you may ask who i wrote the reply to if it was meant to be provoking or not @James
Also what did he write before  "bruh" ? I saw nothing.
Also this tutorial is to help samp players who got poor pc's to join iv:mp I actually look forward to having such players to iv, I'm not promoting the opposite of this.
I'm a samp player myself, I know james in-game I'm 100% sure he didn't take it as provoking.
Also my comment wasn't generalising and spreading any hate.
I said if "I had the ability to remove your comment I would" meaning its not a place to debate which is better or worse, but rather its a topic I created to help others.

Well, that really is useful against lag.

It has been tested on original iv from steam, I can see yours is modifed a bit , from the radar and other things.

So if your game is clean it will work without any issue.
For now you can delete the text file and continue playing.

Although I have to say, most of these commandline options aren't really needed, just because you have a lot of defined options doesn't mean it is faster.
Give this a try instead:
