I have found a space, unused that I think SHOULD be used. An underground car park. I parked some cars here to show what could be an incredible utillity to our citizens, as well as a parking for their cars.

This Place has already its own secret usage. Therefore this is not suitable place for parking. Besides, Parkings are usually made publicly and noticeably so all the people reach it.

WHY SHOULD THERE BE A SECRET USAGE? Why not make it a parking for the citizens, and not a shady drug spot you accidentally interrupt a deal in and get killed. There are many places that give dealing opportunities, but this place should have some cars so that when and if a deal goes down, and it goes turns bad, you can run from the hitmen, or if you need a car and you are near TRU HQ but someone took the DF8 from the GS, there are cars for you here.

It's not a secret usage, It's used by LCPD. I'll leave it at that.

Make it into a carpark, not some boring LCPD crap. Then all players have access to a facility that provides them with the transport that they look for, and spend a lot of time doing.

That parking was part of old PRC HQ, great location and its isn't a secret many players did use it in old version where we could save our car spawns in any place, in this version it has RP value and is free to use who ever wants it, also none can claim it as the hotel that was part of the parking is now removed, have fun buying a 2mil building just for the rights on the parking :)
