I had the idea of a mobile carrier. Now, electronic shops selling phones should also sell SIM Cards, which you can recharge by calling a recharge number, somehow given to you. I would love to make my own carrier, as my own idea, but I think that should be up to the admins, etc. I just think you should also get plans, some examples are:

• Any amount a year, $2 per call, $2 per SMS
  $10 a month, $1 each minute per call, Unlimited text
  $20 a month, 50c per minute, Unlimited text
  $30 a month, 30c per minute, unlimited text
  $40 per month, unlimited calls & text

Not supported at all, as mane stated, hardly people understand the commands and know how to properly use it, i myself when returned again to the game after some updates I still didn't use /sms .
So not worth making life harder for others, although nice idea.

Making your own carrier and charging people per min sounds fun. i quite like the idea, but i believe it would take time to be planted also its not a necessary now but maybe later this could be implemented.

i got 3 phones, one for each biz i swap them out in house, so its possible to change phones without any new script.
