REQUESTING : Changes for the Emergency Medical Services

The Emergency Medical Services Would like to request that the rank which is EMS chief to be added  in Government & Services.
Also after the hard work we spend in building the EMS. The Chief would like to annouce that its ready to start recruiting members. And it should have some feautures that may help in getting members. Which can be the following :
- A in game rank system feature for each EMS Member..
I believe that having those too changes will help the EMS to make a good step. Which will gain more members and chances to improve the role play.

Can you explain to me what the advantages of ranks would be for the EMS in Liberty City? What the use for it will be and what each ranks responsibility is.

EXPLANATION

The advantages of ranks would be really helpful if we want that the EMS grow, also the question that a normal civilian ask is : Why i would apply for EMS, and what will it give for me, and even if i'm an EMS official member, no one would know, and there are no advantages..
And personally i think that this is true, other wise its really hard to invite someone to the forum and making him apply. and after the hard work spend by the command staff in the EMS, i think as a chief that it needs some changes. cause by acting professionally, and the system rank, i believe that it can grow. even now im sure that 70 percent doesn't even know that the EMS even exist. i want really to make it better, by getting a professional crew.
so the official members of EMS needs to be attractive by the things we demanded in the court. so if we got the ranks, a regular player will say : i can apply, why not ? i can become a part of the ems with rank..
So he will be proud of it. and he will work for a purpose which is getting a higher rank, and that's by the role play of course.

For the responsibilities, i have explained here. the captain + are allowed to promote and demote.

A helicopter can be added, one is enough in the HQ | Broker : Schottler Medical Center
it will be used for special role plays, for example, an important person is shot, so a helicopter would be more real, also fast and will be driven by someone professional, which will attract the other civilian and make them wish if they become like him.
 
Im thinking of this: (example)
- Ambulance Trainee will not be allowed to drive the helicopter. (and any use of it will lead to punishment)
- the emergency Medical Technician (EMT) will be able to use a ems helicopter only if a EMS Paramedic is there (means by asking the permession)
- the Paramedic + will be able to drive the helicopter without permission, cause he got enough experience.

also i want to confirm, that any use of it by wrong will lead to getting fired.
the missions are done only by the ambulance,, the helicopter for some role plays.

I want to say that the EMS command staff are working on a salary system. I believe that this could help more.

Just a note, I can only advice the Liberty City government to apply a structure for EMS. If they are not willing to to grant this, there is nothing I, as a Judge, can do.

The HQ has discussed and does not see a need for additional ranks or script support for the EMS system at this time. Should any changes to the script or client occur in the future we may reconsider it.

In the current climate we feel that most of thee goals of dedicated EMS personnel can be achieved through roleplay means.
