Uhmmm, I don't get it. I haven't modified anything since my last unban, just returned the original file. I was told by someone that ya'll cant only check the highest speeds we went but even more than that, if thats true, dig into my game directory and check my handling.dat

All I can say is that I have the same road textures, and I had popped tyres, though you cannot see them, and also because i have a different Sultan file, same sultan, but its the one from GTA 5, and added extended fenders just like the RS has, but no handling was changed, I only thing I have for most cars is different sounds, I go to vehcle.ide and change sounds to different cars and thats it

That's a lie, you clearly just repaired car at pay'n'spray and even if your car really had popped tires, it would appear lower than usual.
Any sort of visual or sound modifications does not change your handling.

Uhmm, I don't really know what you mean, though of course I'd love to be unabanned, but it all depends on you guys. Probably there will be no unban again, pretty sure. Time changes everything, and all I can do know is just wait and see what happens

We don't ask for a lot, the rules are pretty straight forward and easy to follow. I just unbanned you for handling mods a week ago? You were banned for handling mods a month before that and now here we are...

After your last unban about a week ago I was on an undercover account and you repeatedly tried to carkill me on purpose, when I said something in main chat you drive away obviously to avoid getting caught by an admin.
