Stuck on loading screen

Hello , i'm using windows 10, also I have been used to play it on windows 10 but after some time it stucks on loading screen any suggestions to fix this,please?

What version of Windows 10 are you using? Is it the Creators Update?

Okay, nice. But which Windows 10 version is it? The first one, Anniversary update or Creators Update. If it really is the Creators Update, it is true that there are some IV:MP problems, but they can be fixed.

I didn't update it to Creators's one , So I think the first one.

Right click the ivmp launcher(forgot its name sorry)
Click properties
Tick Run it as admin
Tick compatibility to windows 7
Tick disable high dpi, or force high dpi scalling.
Apply then OK.

If game doesnt work again

Install c++ 2005, directx

Didn't work

Anyone help me please... What shall I do I tried all commandline ... etc game properties and everything nothing worked ,please HELP

Can you play the singleplayer without issues? Is the game legit?

try installing xlive.dll from here http://gtaforums.com/topic/388658-relgtaiv-xliveless/ if that doesn't work, try the second one named xlive_d.dll and rename it to xlive.dll. You just need to drag it into the main gta iv folder

yes singleplayer works without issue and I already have xlive.dll without it the game won't start.

I already did that , and I re-installed also GTA IV WHOLE OF IT , didn't work -.-

Okay, don't panic. Could you tell me your specs? Probably it is not a problem at all, but you have to wait a very long time to get to the server. In fact, IV:MP's loading screen is longer than the Single Player one and keeps being repetitive with Bernie (Florian) in his shirt.

The problem is , first I made the game windowed to check the problem , so when I started the game then entered the server it just comes infinite loading screen I waited more than 20mins isn't than enough, then I opened task manager and there was written that the game isn't responding so the game when it keeps loading doesn't respond anymore.
ALSO sorry for bad English :P just writing so fast.

IV:MP loads faster than SP for me, like 10 seconds difference
