Reason why you did it: I was banned because i used /q because i was evading the TC with a Fast Car called (Sultan Rs)
i wanted to test the car and have some fun so i rammed the police and then he followed me and asked me to pull over the side of the road but i continued and evaded....
the chase continued until they Speed jacked my car near the Dukes Gas Station (the most famous gas station in the City) but i escaped and i saw a cop in the road and i shot his car with like 3 bullets so he chases me like come on you cant chase me....
they used a helicopter from the Francis International AirPort Police Station,but i dont know why they got it but they didnt ram me with it...
they got me at the end and i stopped without trying to escape (maybe..i don't remember) and he AGAIN speed jacked my car so i get out and then he shoots me...i did use /q and waited 2 min and then joined again...and i decided to talk with them and request an investigation and my car wasn't even where i did use /q.....
so i told them i want and investigation but they started to laugh on me because i evaded and i am asking an investigation...they said that there is no investigation room (but there is and i was there before i get suspected !!!)and then they said that i am not going to anyplace except jail....
i told them i am not moving until i get an investigation ! they didn't respond for that i used the /q ..... ( i told them that i have the right to know why he wanted to stop me before i get suspected but they said that doesn't matter..and i told them that its from my rights to get an investigation but they didn't investigate me)
after like 2.5 hours i joined the server again and i went to the medic mission but i found a cop and he started to follow me and stop me but he got stuck and crashed more than 2 times so i escaped and continued my life in the city...

Notes: 1. i didn't know that its a rule break to use /q while suspected...and they didn't even warn me that i shouldn't do that or its a rule break
2. i am sorry for everything or scratch i did to the cops but i just wanted to test my car...
3. i used weapons against their cars not their bodies because i didn't want to hurt them...

I want to thank you for your explaining to me the rules and the laws.
I read the important laws (not all of them) and i read all the rules (Again),but i didn't find anything explains about the abuse using of the /q.
thanks for warning me for the first time and I would apologize again of my irresponsible act that i was crossing the line with.
But i didn't understand something,should i be patient and wait until the staff see my unban request or i can consider this as an easy and soft "No" ?
I played so much on this server and getting banned like this would "Waste" all of my time making money and friends...so i don't think permanent banning me would be the best solution to make me stop my bad and irresponsible acts..banning for a short period would make me think of my irresponsible acts
I don't how i can thank you more for your time

Yes,if i was a cop i will hate people that do this to escape from the crimes....
I would like to say sorry to all the cops that i did that to them...
