LIBERTY STATE AGAINST FOX

SECTION I. SUMMARY
After an internal operation launched by the Crime Investigation Unit from the National Office of Security Enforcement, our detective JG asked to the defendant for a drugs exchange. The deal took place in main gas station, in a hidden location. After the detective showed their money, the defendant gave him the weed.

Drug trafficking - selling, buying, giving out or accepting given drugs is illegal

Demand #1:
5.000 Argonath Dollars including the refund for the detective (2.000 Argonath Dollars)

Demand #2:
Handing over of all illigal substances to the LCPD

Demand #3:
5 years (minutes) imprisonment

If the defendant is willing to plead guilty to his charges in court and shows signs of remorse for his actions, the Liberty City Police Department and National Office of Security Enforcement are willing to lower prison time to 3 years (minutes). If the defendant is caught again violating the same acts a more severe punishment will be demanded.

Sir I think that the charges you put on him are not complete.

I have seen Mr. Fox teaching people how to get in the crime life and grow weed. Later Mr. Fox would buy the weed from the new players at a pretty cheaper price than the common price. I dont have screenshots or any recordings but i just wanted to tell the truth. Mr. Fox admitted his guilt so i told some more things about him just to be sure.
As you know that Mr. Fox tried selling or buying from the detective to make more profit and it happened with other players as well. Mr. Fox shows them the weed spots , asks new players to grow weed for him and later buys the weed at a very low price.

The defendant has plead guilty and we also think he is. The evidence shows clearly that the defendant was dealing cannabis. Therefor the defendant will have to pay 5000 ARD and serve 3 minutes in jail (lowering sentence when pleading guilty).

If the fine is not paid within 14 days, the fine will be doubled and automatically deducted.
