Disabling /register at night

So I noticed many new players joining at night when no staff are there and rulebreaking intentionally.

They seek for help and dont know /rules /help as they tell everyone

But magically find heli port, use /pm effiectively and purposly speak non english to their friend.

Why Disable /register at midnight ?

Because it seems that many I don't believe only new players, but maybe former people who were banned , come at night and start heli killing, deathmatching with shotgun, M4 whereas no one even told them how to buy the weapon.

The gameplay for others are affected by the newcommers, or people returning from bans and purposly ruining argonathrpg.

So my suggestion is to temporarly disable registeration from midnight CET 0:00 - 7:00
Atleast in the morning some admins may join and we will be saved from all the mess happening when no staff are online.

There shall be a message displaying
" You may onle register to the server between CET 7:00 -23:00

Please, let me say that I don't think this idea is going to be implemented because there might be easier solutions to this issue.

So, you are claiming that many players that come here when it's night in the CET time zone, and they do that on purpose because they know there aren't admins there and it's easier to break the server rules at that time. Well, to be honest, the Game-State statistics do show a lower player count after 1 AM in Central Europe.
Now, on to the suggestion.

Okay, so let me get this straight, you want the registration to be closed down between midnight and 7 AM in CET time? You know, there are some players playing from other time zones, who can't play on other times, except this time slot.

Wouldn't it be easier to hire staff that plays during the low "night" time slot? Also, if there are regulars who you suspect are ban evading, I would suggest you to record somehow what they are doing and report them discreetly to an admin (through the forum or any chatting program/app that helps you in talking to a staff member). Who knows, probably you will help the community 1000 times more, without even bothering masses of people with a restriction.

There's no need to disable the /register or any other cmd.
We need a mod that inside that gmt/cet. Thats all we need. Nuff said.

Block /registration all the day/night and make it possible only if you request a registration via forum aply.

I am one of the "night" players and I dont think that subject need a solution, is not a problem at all.

I support this idea,

as a player at night i see new players not knowing what to do and ruining whatever we are into.

Some of them dont speak English and not willing to listen.

So do i have to deal with them out boundaries of rules ? 

We need a small care in this matter which seems not to be very important but would make a difference. 

We know admins are human having their real life out of game and of course they sleep at night, we cant force admin to be awake to handle this matter.

So i agree with this idea that at midnight where people are supposed to sleep.
 
New registration should be disabled and enabled at regular times where admin can take care, handle and give support. Thanks

We can send them a message thru Skype/Teamspeak if there's rulebreakers and they'll come shortly, while some of them might be busy in real life

This has to be the worst idea of them all. You can't just deny everyone from registering just because of a few troublemakers. Even if there are, just use /report or wait for an admin to get in game or quit the game. Also, if those troublemakers are ban evading, they'll only increase their ban duration for their original accounts. Unsupported.
