'Tap... tap... tap...' two young boys heard the steps but they couldn't see anything. Then the scream occurred. It was painful for them to just listen and do nothing, but she told them to stay in their hideout no matter what happens. Franklin clutched the letter in his right hand while holding tight onto his brother with the other hand.
Brothers Franklin and Robert and their mother Antonella were stowaways on a cargo ship sailing from Europe to San Andreas. Laws of the civilized world are worth jack shit when you are in the middle of pacific. They both knew their mother was dead and she was found by a ship crew member. Still, there was no going back any more. All they could do is wait, and beside ripped clothes and a little food, the time was the only thing they had.
Arrival
Franklin and Robert couldn't speak English, not even a word of it. Lucky for them, as soon as they got off the ship they ran into an Italian guy who worked at the dock. He offered them a ride to the address written on the letter that Antonella gave Franlin before her death.
Their cousin, lady in her 60's called Penina, was heart broken when she heard about Antonella's death
With eyes full of tears she read the letter boys gave her and gave a promise to the boys to do what their mother asked from her.
During next few months Penina put a lot of effort to teach both of them how to read and write in English. Everything looked fine until one night.
Sweet Old Lady
It was a nice spring night, just a day before Franklin's 15th birthday. They all had a dinner together and Franklin went to bed because he had a big day ahead of him tomorrow. Not long after he fell asleep, some kind of moaning woke him up. When he opened his eyes he saw Penina standing above Robert's bed. It took a few seconds before Franklin realised Penina was trying to pull Robert's underwear down. 'Come on Robby, we are just playing.. Let me have some fun with your little ding dong, you will like it!' Penina said, while Robert slowly lost the fight to keep his underwear on. Crying and moaning was getting louder and louder and then boom, Penina fell on the ground next to Roberts bed. Franklin was standing above her with a candlestick in his hand. 'Grab your things and let's go!' - Franklin shouted at his 12 year old brother and then he rushed out of the room to get his stuff. Not long after boys were out in the street with nowhere to go.
New Beginning
Having nowhere to go, Franklin and Robert spent the night sleeping in a park. Next morning they decided to go see the first person they met upon arriving to San Andreas. It was the Italian guy working at the docks. Even though a few years have passed, he still remembered and was happy to see them. He understood the hard situation they got caught in so he managed to get Franklin a job at the docks and a place for them to sleep.
Few months after he started working at the docks, Franklin accidentally opened a chest he was supposed to load into a truck. The chest was loaded with many different kinds of fire arms. Surprise was huge, and even though he wanted to call the police at first, Franklin soon decided to hide the chest. He stole a van from the docks and moved the chest to a secret location. Not much time have passed until Franklin and Robert sold the first piece, and after seeing how easy they can earn, they knew what kind of life they wanted to have.They soon earned enough money to buy a house in 11th street, place where a lot of Italian immigrants lived. That's where they met a few more guys who shared their passion for dangerous life style. Together they formed a criminal organisation today known as 11th Street Mafia, but After some years Franklin died in a car accident and now Robert's leading alone
