Windows 10 new update or sth is casuing problem

Hello guys, I am having a problem with Windows 10
I think there was a recent update and after i installed that update
My gta 4 seems to get less fps and i lag oftenly, i have noticed that my fps has reduced from 30-40 to 10-20
Now its very frustrating to play coz i lag every 5sec or so

Any Idea how to fix it? I just want my fps back
Idk how it happened, i think it updated auto
Also, I heard that The New Update has a game mode or sth but when i open game mode and try to disable it i cannot
Pls Help :3

ps i used win 10 ever since it came out and just gone back to win 7 this month, just cant be asked with the bs things they add without your opinion, oh boy i dont even wanna start with the cortana

That really depends on what you do with your PC...and it's not a valid suggestion

@Walid disable game mode from the settings and the windows bar from the settings app first. Post your specs tho pls
