Additional notes:
The only thing I got banned is I log in the same account but with other internet connection. That's why its says My IP address is banned from the server. I really don't know this, I thought i can login and play in any other internet connection. But now I cant get my old internet connection, I can only play from this new internet only. Please Help and unban me. I didn't do any wrong in the server.

Ye  i can remember that. I didn't scammed him, on that day i was bout to buy a bullet from him for 78k or something. I told to come fast because i need to quit the game soon on that situation. He came infront of me but i quited the game. On that little time he gave  the vehicle to me and i don't know that. Then, the next day i came to know that he gave the vehicle without giving him is money for that. I searched the guy for the whole day but he dosen't come online. He dosen't come for online for next and next day. Then I leaved it. Now, I can give the money back to him if he comes online but the problem is He got banned some reason (came to know after 1 week). I can't remember his name but surely many of them said that he got banned.. Don't think this is a story or a lie. Pls beleive this is a true incident happened to me.. Pls Unban me

Good thing i believe this happened, as your stats show you wouldn't be silly enough to scam a puny vehicle.

this time try to be careful when dealing with vehicle transactions and make sure you don't have to /q mid way through. If there is not enough time just re-schedule the whole deal.
