I have never used any hacks.
I have only spread.cs cleo mod if your talking about it, it fixes the bullet spread when your shooting. If I knew that it's bannable I would of never used it.
I have reinstalled my GTA to remove all modifications, I'll send you a proof if it's required.

I really didn't know, I know it's cheating but its not a hack. I didn't know I would get banned for that.
I have reinstalled my GTA and will never use anything like that again, now you know that I have been using it so if I get another report like this you'll know what to do and trust me I wont risk getting perm banned.

I didn't know it was bannable, I wouldn't use the damn mod if I knew.

I knew exactly what the mod did, I thought it was acceptable becouse its a mod, not a hack.

1. Cheating
All forms of cheating are strictly prohibited.

Any deliberate action that gives you an unfair advantage over another player or group of players that was not intended by the developers is cheating.

1.2 Modifications
Players are allowed to use some visual modifications, it is up to players to determine if the modification is capable of giving them an unfair advantage before using it and you use them at your own risk. Claiming that you did not know an unfair advantage existed within the modification is not a valid defense. For further information about modifications see this post.

You used a modification which made your bullets have no spread, so you gained accuracy over others whom are shooting you. Illegal modifications are considered the same level as Hacking. anybody with a brain should know this as you are gaining an unfair advantage over other players in using modifications to enhance your shooting skills.

Know I do know and I'm sorry for using it. I promise I'm not going to use any kind of cleo modifications in the future.

I hope that is true, You may return in nine days, I feel 30 days is a suitable waiting period to let you clean your game and remind you that using any form of illegal modifications is not allowed.
