Hello ,
Download this ASI Loader and Copy the Fiels to your Gta Folder

And Download Mod Loader and Same thing Copy the fiels to your Gta Folder
http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25377
Then Download the mod you want and Enter in Modloader file and Do New folder
And Copy the fiels from the Mod (example.txd, Example.dff) to the new folder you made.
Or you Can download it staright from here without installing anything
