The Mongol invasions of Anatolia begeted the modern turkish brood, who inherited not only traits but royal nobility. The last living heir of the House of Borjigin, the imperial clan of Genghis Khan and his successors, was born and raised in Adana, Turkey, in an enclosed enviroment along his cousin. The later past away before Mustafa's 15th birthday. A senile father wouldn't provide another child, and the now self-entitled Khan had no living uncles either. Once he became 18, he moved to Los Santos, United States of Argonath, to study Economics. Unable to fund his studies, he gave up on university to focus on work. It's said by that time he was enlightened during a dream, where he got commanded to resurrect the House's dynasty, and honour his royal lineage, by the Great Khan himself. Until this day, he is yet to advocate for politics, reason why his goal was never to become a traditional monarch. In modern times, you don't need a crown to be king, but rather an ostentatious bank account. Hanging from the edge of legality, Mustafa settled his goal on becoming the richest turk-american in Downtown LS, where he spent his 20s working at a hopping bazaar of dubious-origined merchandise. He moved to East Los Santos after the Barabe Syndicate had hoarded the market.

Rebirth of the Khanate
Living alongside the mexican Cliques and the biker Clubs, Mustafa had to survive under their ruling. He struggled to run his own thing while having to pay "taxes" for the right of running business in their turf. During this period of time he took part in many criminal operations to these factions will, as to promote his relationship with the local kingpins. He discovered new engrossing ways of increasing his riches, such as house-theft, racketeering and influence peddling. Once the Angels of Death MC and the mexicans had moved out, the Khanate became possible; Mustafa had the territory, the know-how and the contacts. This was the path to be taken.

Kurultai, Khanates Council
During the 2000s, a second spring of turkish inmigration hit San Andreas, and south-east Los Santos was the focal point for it. Turks co-existed along the other minorities from Los Flores, Las Colinas, Jefferson and East LS. Most of them felt under the same luck as Mustafa, being pushed over by latinos and bikers. Mustafa acknowledged his fellow turkish workmates about his mongol epiphany, during one of the Chapters operations for which they were required. Only the now entitled Noyan "Yugur" had enough savings to invest in the entrepreneurship. The two founded the Kurultai, the Court of their soon-to-be Kingdom. It was settled in a red building on the way uphill to Los Flores, formerly known as a famous law firm's adress. The Kurultai currently commits to executive affairs regarding logistics, planification, finances and diplomacy. It only takes part in the execution of mayor hits.

Horde of the Asphalt Steppe
After acquiring ownership of "The Corner Inn", a notorious local bar once home to the Angels, the Kurultai gave foundation to its Horde: A motorized cavalry of soldiers, to reign supreme in the 'hood and the outskirts. The Horde controls the criminal act in the low-key enviroment of the street. As Khanates frontline manpower, they protect the turf and control business development within it. They also take part in the hits and jobs which demand the Kurultai's participation aswell, comprehensive of serious organized crime acts. Tharkans (veterans) and Mamlukes (freshmen) alike are grief ambassadors to whoever doubts the legitimacy of the Khanate.
