Well, no Astaroth, I don't agree with you.

First of all I know you were looking so much for someone to be banned to make your topic look serious but it doens't work this way. Same thing that Kessu did with Klaus in VC.

Let me describe you in few words about what happened. We were rolling around in San Fierro in same CB with Corleones. Richard was in a heli and spoted Gvardias Lucianos Barabe etc on a roof of San Fierro. Based on his reason to approach them to have some roleplay interaction, we did so.

We landed the helis in that roof and continued to roleplay. Richard and Alfred were roleplaying with Kenji and iVance for like 15min until Jeremy was becoming a nuisance around:

Your two groups (Corleone/Soprano) showed up on a rooftop to take "Vancei" - and the enemy group(Gvardia/Barabe) had agreed to give him to you and complied with you for about 15 minutes.

As the topic states: Provoking any kind of DM or unsuitable behavior will no longer be tolerated here.
As I tried to explain to you with Khm that in order to have a mass shootout your groups will now be required to have very good reasons before doing so. As you kept interrupting me, it led me to believe that you do not fully understand what I am trying to say.

When Jeremy was shoot for the first time nothing happened and everyone understood the roleplay situation, but he was pretending to do not have been shot with roleplay at leg. So I had to shoot an another time with /me bcz Toni's /em was not enough for him. It was not a DM fest, It was just them suiciding 5 v 20. Btw, they were keeping molotovs in their hands all the time, so the shootout is what they were looking for and they got it. I still don't understand how jeremy was able to jump like a rabbit after being shot with roleplay but ok, yeah I'm wrong again.

First of all you've to understand that guns are part of the roleplay.

No more bullshit excuses, no more 2 lines of /me and DM and no more "/s stop your car" then shoot someone to death.

You can clearly notice 30 lines of roleplay before shooting Jeremy's leg. We tried everything but he still kept ignoring. Question: If you was me, and leader of roleplay tells you to do something, what were you going to do?

Second log is for someone else, not for me bcz wasn't me the one leading this roleplay. Please don't make me vomit with this "mass shootout" 5v20 is more like suiciding for me. 1 was shoot at his legs. Two fell off the building and two others were fighting rambo against 20 mobsters. Their purpose was to knife Richard only bcz they knew they couldn't do shit.

The only one who had only one intention to start a shootout was Djole and his friends, who weren't capable to follow a roleplay situation and knifed Richard directly. Since the begining our plan was not to go and kill anyone.

Once again, I was not the one leading the roleplay, nor the one to decide its fate. Shootout has been started from them as a result of their "play-to-win" mentality, going "rambo" 5-20. Their purpose was clear to find the best moment to knife the leader of roleplay as the only thing they could do. After that, most of them fell off the building.

Following the situation which was going fine, as you said,... I tried to roleplay with Jeremy by following instructions of roleplay's leader. It was a clear situation, where we tried to roleplay in all the ways with him but every attempt failed, and the last one resulted in a shootout. As Astaroth said previously "Go and fist fight for all I care instead of resorting to shooting right away.": Yeah, I tried to punch him, still got full ignored. I sent a pm to Alfred in that moment. There were like three punch attempts ignored.

After that we decided to let him alone for a moment, to approach again few minutes later,... this time he ignored us on purpose, which led us to take action and fire a bullet in his leg to prevent him moving. More then 30 warning were given, what should we do more? Jeremy ignored the bullet too and started jumping like rabbit, following Djole's actions who just knifed Richard in that moment.

We were in the same area. CB logs could be read from both sides. We had an interaction.

Astaroth gave a fair warning to all groups that this was going to happen so why ignore it and just start shooting instead.

Rules were always there, for me Astaroth's topic was just a reason to free-ban.

I've nothing more or less to add. It's up to you to take the decision now.
