bro i need help when i click on any image or video it says "app didnt start". Photo nd Movies nd Tv doesn't open i uninstalled photo but i cant install it any solution ? Im planning on making videos for GTA IV. The photo nd Movies nd Tv app launches but immediately closes in half a second

You are off topic here, anyway you should be able to reinstall it from windows store unless you made some changes i'm not aware of

today i got a problem which is when i lunch IVMP, a black screen keep showing and i found that it already stopped working, so i close it.
the solution was easy, so click "run compatibility troubleshooters"

then click on "test the program" with the compatibilities chosen by windows, and if it works fine, just click on "save the compatibilities".

I guess that what worked was adding "Run this program as adminstrator" if it was installed on a different drive, the fix (Disable High DPI scaling) is already on the first page as it's known since long

before i tested this, i tried all  the solutions suggested in the topic such as running the game as administrator, and it didnt work.

no idea, it didnt show anything for me, i just tested the changes made by the  compatibility troubleshooter, and saved

Click on the properties of the exe, you'll see if it has changed anything
