/smoke shall be disabled when the criminal is cuffed, How can you smoke with your hands cuffed?

i have no problem with this. It can be cool to show your criminal attitude but smoking is certainly wrong for copbait but in cuffs i have no problem with it tho as cuff takes away the weapons so i think you wont be killed or something. Dont care about the suspects health tho.

i dont know man only miku has this problem or maybe some more cops. Its a minor script and i dont really feel the need to cancel smoking weed when cuffed. Weapons are enough to be canceled at that moment tho.
