Accused of: Trade of drugs (Act 9.1)

Details: On 08/06/2016 the accused formerly known as Surena_Genovese, Babe_Genovese, and currently Kerrar_Genovese had sold drugs to our undercover agent working under the authority of the Federal Bureau of Investigation at the "MGS" at approximately 04:35pm (GMT +2)

The accused was taken into custody and served with a warrant signed by Temporary Judge James Conway on 15/09/2016. The accused was confirmed as reading and being made aware of the warrant at that time.

The accused was transported from "MGS" area to our main offices at 44 Amethyst St for interview/interrogation. Before, after, and during transportation the accused was uncooperative and verbally hostile with our Agents (see evidence below)

Upon arriving at our main offices the accused was taken into our secure facility and escorted to our interrogation area. The accused refused to answer any questions asked by our agents, and gave a false name as "Alligator". After failed attempts at questioning the accused to get their side of the story, the accused got up and began walking out of our secured building. Our Agents ordered the accused to stop but they refused.

The accused walked out into the middle of the busy intersection outside of our offices, crouched down and stated that they hope to get carkilled. Around this time I arrived on scene to personally inform the accused that this is a valid arrest made with a signed warrant, and that the lack of cooperation displayed would be reflected in this case. At this time I gave the accused the option of continuing the interview process back inside, or being released on a promise to appear in court. The accused was "unsuspected" for "Released from custody pending future trial appearance".

Demands:
-5 years (minutes) imprisonment.
-Reimbursement of $11040 federal funds used in this operation.
-Any illegal drugs currently possessed to be surrendered to the nearest FBI office.

Since I am representing the State on this case I will not be replying as a Judge. However if you are banned from this board then how are you going to come in here and tell us that "This court case is out on hold until I am unbanned". Who do you think you are?

The State requests that the court disregards the previous comments by the random person who is not allowed to speak here. The State also requests that the court order the defendant to find another legal council or represent themselves in this case in a reasonable, timely manner.

It is the States opinion that a case cannot be put on hold for reasons other than extreme circumstances. The state does not believe that waiting for John Meeses to be unbanned from the courts warrants such a delay.

Dear court,

I am Kerrar_Genovese and I have chosen to represent myself in this case.
Hereby I want to ask if the requested demands in this court case against me can be reducted if I would plead guilty.

The State is quite disappointed in the way the defendant handled themselves in both of the open cases against them. If the defendant were more cooperative during the interview process the State might be more inclined to reduce our demands.

If the defendant were willing to make a statement to the court explaining their lack of cooperation then the State may reconsider the defendant's request.

Dear court,

I did not cooperate because I was handled as a dog back then. I did not even get the time to step in the vehicle, they just pushed me in and pulled me out.
I didn`t feel okay-ish so I didn`t comply and refused to cooperate.

(There was lack of roleplay because they were forcing roleplay. Sadly I lost all the evidences that would help me because this case is from like a year ago and I remove my stuff every month because of hard disk space.)

Hereby I want to ask if the requested demands in this court case against me can be reducted if I would plead guilty for my crimes as well as apologizing for my lack of cooperation.

The FBI Agents that took the defendant into custody did warn the defendant that the lack of cooperation displayed would be reflected in this case. The Agents followed all procedures correctly and did have a warrant signed from the Judge at the time of arrest. The defendant chose to continue with the lack of cooperation. The State feels that there must be consequences for the defendant's actions and therefor is unwilling to reduce its demands in this case.

Dear court,

Apparently the suing party seem to find it normal to handle me like a dog. If they did handle me like they should, then I could have roleplayed with them.

In the evidences I can also see that the judge set a trial date which I never found in the Court forums.
Atleast I am sure that trials aren`t longer than a year or more, which is about the amount of time I kept off doing illegal activity in dealing.

Hereby I want to ask if the requested demands in this court case against me can be reducted or even withdrawn because of the way they interacted towards me, as well as keeping me to the "unknown" trial for as long as I could handle which basically makes this case kind of invalid.

Dear court,

More than 24h have passed and the Jury hasn`t spoken yet, so I take my word again.

On my request, about the set trial time and reduction, hasn`t been answered for 45 days from the suing party.
My idea is that the suing party cannot answer my question, as there was no trial time set or shown anywhere and hereby profits on time that passes by.

I have a feeling that the suing party gave up upon this case and hereby I request this to be dismissed, if possible.

They jury is newly formed and we are still getting the hang of things.

We find that the Indictment is more then well made and based of solid evidence.

As for the motion to reduce the demands, we will uphold the demands of the FBI, unless the defendant brings forth a compelling argument why should the demands be lowered, that we didn't see so far.

The motion for dismissal has been denied as it lacks any evidence that might persuade the jury of Acquittal.

This case is made as due process and will guarantee all rights as such, if the defendant could restrain from claims that have no evidence to back them up.

If the defendant has a finally word to say now would be the time, if not the verdict will be posted as soon as jury comes to a consent.
