Hello, I'd like to question recent action by a member of the HQ, Rstar Andeey, who has /temp/banned me for deathmatch and poor roleplay, whereas the situation relevant to the ban was witnessed by multiple admins, who can submit their witness statement in this topic, and I can provide video evidence that I was aimed at first, hence had the right to defend myself and shoot.

Therefore, I'd like to know why was I banned for deathmatch when I was aimed at first, by the Gvardias there present, and how was there any poor roleplay coming from my side

If you both fought i see no reason to call it DM but unless i see the second part i can't say shit on the tempban and tbh you cut the roleplay in half when you drove back just to take your gun after mazen's /me, it shows how much you care about having proper roleplay, they didn't even aim at you in the clip.

Either way, it's the same as threatening him to a gun fight. I don't see why this is seen as DM? Shit RP perhaps, but not DM. If you want it to be seen as DM then ban both parties and not just one of them.
