Failure to give normal rights to Civilians

Dear court, on the date of 6/7/2017
I got suspected By server for car-killing someone on road by accident,I went to the nearest cop I saw , and I gave up,But LCPD FreeCop officer Rhemeth-Aloreron
Cuffed me, I said to him Twice "I request an investigation" and he continued to Dukes Police Department,He told me "You are cuffed and you cant have investigation" or maybe something like
very near to that talk,So i bailed out from his police car near Dukes Police Department and I said on main chat to cops Prooving his mistake,But Mr.Evil_Andreh -I don't remember his rank but he was Dark Blue- saw me bailing out and
saw the officer Rhemeth_Aloreon refusing to give me my full rights of getting an investigation - I didn't evade at the first place when i got suspected - So I enter Mr.Evil's car refusing to go with Officer Rhemeth_Aloreon.
Mr.Evil gave me an investigation and i was innocent....

My demands:
I request to punish Officer Rhemeth_Aloreon for his
bad acts that he showed to people that LCPD FreeCops are not a good division

I suspect this officer is a new player? If so then this is an administrative matter and not a court matter. The player should be informed and/or trained in the investigation process.

I would suggest reporting this to an administrator in game instead of making a court topic.

If this is inaccurate then please provide an explanation as to why the court should see this case.

Dear Court,
I Apologize for my mistake , I never knew that he is new , this action happened to me many times by other cops who are not new to the server.

I just want to say that a more difficult training would might me be useful,We all are worried about the protection of Liberty City,and as a citizen , I would suggest to train cops on a more difficult way,This is maybe not the perfect place to suggest or to drop a report on some cops,i will try my best to let the message reach the perfect guy.

If he is truly new,I would like to withdraw the case.
