This is a roleplay server, You cannot just walk up to random players and shoot them dead without any interaction and without any reasoning, once you die in a situation that situation is OVER for you.

What you did was stalk two people who you deathmatched earlier and got punished for deathmatching and then shot one dead and attempted to shoot the other dead without a single line of talking therefore no interaction. Are you understanding what im saying?
