You were banned on January 3rd, 2017 for advertising, yes, but by another Administration Member.
However, you advertised your server via /PM to person X, thinking you would not get caught this way, but it turned out the other way around. Bear in mind, any intentional malicious movements that are against our set of rules is taken harshly, and if you are to be let back playing, you will have to abide each and every rule, advertising other servers is NOT in any way allowed. Is that fully understandable?
