[SA:MP] Server is open

Dear all,

Myself and MrTrane have been working hard to fix some issues.
The server is hereby reopened, and we have had to use a database backup from six days ago, if you are caught in a ban even though you were unbanned, please contact a manager or make another appeal.
Bans will be reviewed, and old bans will be re-given.

Our backup policy have been changed and we will be ready for some problems that might come.
For security measures right now the panel will be down until we go over the code.

Sorry for all of this and right now it's time TO PLAY!.
During the downtime we have updated the server version to 5.2.008 witch include some major bug fix that will be announced soon.
