False advertising should not be legal as businesses can easily and potentially abuse it to gain buyers, creating unfair competition within the marketplace.

Just to clarify, false advertising is the same as committing fraud. This is because false advertising involves misleading, false or unproven information/description of a product. This must be distinguished from the intentional failure to deliver goods/services when obliged to. Such an act is caught under Act 8.1, Part Eight of The Laws of Liberty City.
Quote
Act 8.1
A person who requires payment for services or goods but is not willing to deliver those is guilty of fraud.

Well 1 more thing tho. Once this law gets popular the rookie freecops are gonna su anyone for any advertising . Only thr extreme new freecops. So maybe it aint that good tho cause itvwill be used by corrupt cops of LC who promise investigation but deny it after you /gu and then say that they never said investigation will be there.

Advertising goods or services which you don't offer/provide/sell should be completely prohibited indeed, Then Supported. But what about troll advertising and If it should be punished by the law or considered as a rule break After all troll advertising is false advertising, Both are improper intentionally.

My bad, I didn't clarify that it would only apply to proper businesses. Any false advertising would be handled through court.
This law would fall under Part Twelve - Business and Economy laws.

Is the "troll advertising" you're talking about perhaps not being able to deliver the product to the consumer despite advertising it?
That is a separate existing law-

Nope, Troll advertising which is, for example, irrelevant and doesn't belong to any company or service. Like the following :
Advertisment: If you wanna have some fun with a hairless black boy call me 7491 (YpoTesla)

. Any false advertising would be handled through court.
Cops should react to false advertising and try to stop the doer in a roleplay manner and get him sued at Court if they couldn't handle it at that time ig. Reasonably Court handles more way serious cases then " sir he lied me and don't give what i see in ad ", Also court cases will turn into False advertising punisher due to the flooding cases about such Crime.

That example is neither a rule break nor a law break.. it may imply prostitution but that's all there is to it. False advertising is irrelevant here. There's no such thing as "troll advertising" in our server rules either.

Probably yeah, thanks for explaining. However, I support this suggestion.

Supported but only if its handled by court. Cops shouldn't be allowed to su anyone for it or it will turn out so bad.
