I am suggesting to add cop training for the new players as they hardly know the rules.Reason of the suggestion is many times new player comes..take the cop job and dont know what to do so he starts DMing and do other rule breaks.

What prevents you, or any other veteran player, teaching them the rules and training them to be a police officer?

A script isn't needed for this. This is about players having the patience to help new players.

I'll second what Klaus said.

Players need to stop treating new players like they are yesterday's trash and instead teach them how to play and show them what the server is all about.

This is how you grow the server to be even bigger.

There will never be a forced tutorial for anything in the server.

Good idea. Oh wait, we're already doing that.
Just, to some players, trying to do that is like trying to teach a cat speak dog for fucks sake, even if I go to Google Translate and explain it to him in his obscure language if I can fuckin' figure it out, it don't make any difference. All they do is swear at me in the language.
Maybe add a message when you're new on the server, then you should say ''You have recently registered. Would you like to watch a tutorial for this job?'' Or some shit.
Also, don't put those big words in the tutorial. Let it be the dummy-friendliest tutorial. I can watch /help tuts right now and tell you shit which players won't get.

/rpghelp, aka one of the most important ones;
RPG stands for Role Playing Game.
Take the role of a character and play and act accordingly.
There are no boundaries, although most act as humans with various jobs.
Use your imagination and interact with others around you.
Use commands like /l, /s, /w and /me to interact in a roleplay situation.
Use /jobhelp if you are unsure what to do.

These boldings are what the average VCMP player won't understand.
I could analyze every /help tutorial, but fuck it.

We treat new players like ''yesterday's trash'' if there is ABSOLUTELY no fuckin' hope, and I might sound ignorant, but really, get me. There were, are, and will be players who have zero to no chances of getting this gamemode. I think many'll agree with me. VCMP is filled with foreign prepubescent kids with dyslexia (or atleast poor grammar). The only people who understand English and have maturity mostly play here. At DM servers I find EXACTLY these types of people. You know who I'm talkin' about.

I wanted to put an idea here about this, but this post is the way to go I guess.

Why? VC is EXTREMELY underrated. Even more than III. Because it has ''shit graphics'' (aka the excuse from graphics whores), even tho it actually has seemingly better ones than SA, just excluding the poly count, ''you can't swim'', as if this is the reason the game is extremely shit, aka not true, and a lot of other stupid complaints like ''the map is small'' aka moderately large and a bit more detailed than the bullshit in SA excluding LS, and some other stuff. In my country, nobody'd install VC. People talk about it like it's a ''weird game'' etc etc, ''you can't move the camera inside a vehicle'' Q and E are more than enough. I have a lot of more arguments, but this is off-topic.

This. We usually have waves of Virgil Sollozo's descendants foreigners in the game. They simply join the game without no English comprehension at all and go DM when they found the cop star and speak their language on the mainchat. Or they know English but they fuck the rules because they've never used a dictionary to know what's "rules" and "etiquette". This is what we need to remedy first.

Both of you just lack the patience needed to be able guide a new player who is completely new to the gamemode and who isn't fluent in English. You should watch how admins deal with such players and you might learn something. There is no such thing as a lost cause. Some of the servers well known regulars and even admins began as newbie DMers who didn't know anything about roleplay and so that just stands as an example. First of all, lower your expectations for a new player, don't expect to have a full on conversation and instead show them how to have fun and enjoy the server, like racing or car smuggling. Keep it simple. Players learn gradually and not in an instant. If a player is DMing you hit them down and ask them not to attck you. More often than not his works from my own experience. Most of them run away once you knock them down to low HP. Anyway I've spoke to you about this ingame Samir so you know what you need to improve on concerning your own attitude towards newbies. I hope you listen and take note.

Well, as far as I know that admins deal with them easily due to them, well, being admins. Those new guys are simply not respecting the rules unless they are being told by an admin, which they won't understand since they don't speak English.
Or they totally ignore us. Just that. This depends on those rulebreakers.
