Santa Cruz Syndicate (C.D.T., Syndicate de Santa)(A latin organization) is a criminal syndicate and drug trafficking organization in San Andreas.

Their network is international, and are believed to have dealings with crime groups in Vice City and Libery City. Besides drug trafficking, the Santa Cruz operates through rackets,assassinations,
kidnappings, and other criminal activities. The Santa Cruz is known for intimidating the population.

Van_Gracia, the founder of the Santa Cruz was borned in 1979.

Van, now known in Los Santos as "Latin" is working tirelessly to acquire new contacts.The Santa Cruz have already taken part in small scale arms and drugs deals as well as small heists in Los Santos in an attempt to control the criminal underworld in the city. However, Los Santos is a different ball game and concerns have started to grow as to the extent of knowledge the FBI has on the criminal organisation.
