my account got possessed?

once before i was banned from the server for a while. They said some ban evader was using my ip 
now it's happening again
i've been trying to join the game several times and still "banned"
but once, it shows "your name is already in use" n disconnects me 
anything i can do to stop this disturbance?  like changing password?

You can thank a certain ban evader for that. In the meanwhile, you are a victim of that. That means you aren't able to join. We might have a solution soon for that. Sorry for the inconvenience!

i tried to connect (twice) with setting names: Jo3Georg3 and JoeGeorge (still banned)
