When you were banned: Like 2 weeks ago less or more

Reason why you did it: I was robbing a bank with Tetrex and Chips and black and 2 more people , We got surrounded , we didnt plan or do anything , not even a Cb , So we just keep shooting cops with shotguns and noose everywhere and everything bad and chaos , they got lost , chips in a place , tetrax in a place , me in the bank , black in a place , undercover admins called blob123 , even blob123 was a noose or fbi , he showed his badge in front of me while cops all around the bank(tell him that he did rp bad also as a hostage..lel) ,
We killed like 2 or 3 cops , i killed 1 and they killed caster , and chaos everywhere , noose everywhere , then , i died , i respawned and started shooting cops in the bank , i was DMing , i admit it , but I saw tetrax escaped and fought again  here is where i got completely confused, so i did like him (maybe he got out of rp i dont know to be very honest but he got back somehow) , i ran out of the bank , no cops , i found a locked sentinel , then i saw an army of cops chasing black on foot with noose everywhere , he ran into the sentinel (it was his car) and i shot with ak a little as defending him to reinforce the rp , they were organized a lot and were out numbered ,  then i got out my shotgun and everyone was carjacking him and all cops were killing him and yeah,i started shooting , then i crashed (please focus on "I crashed") , i didn't realize that i killed anyone to be honest , because i crashed , i returned in game , i found a cop and i am suspected , he started shooting at me and as a self defense act i shot him, Then i crouched and starting shooting him , he died , then i started running , then staff paprika froze me , like still confused and  what is going on ! He told me that i have 1 more attempt to explain what happened , I told him a little part that equals a 12% of what i wrote here , He said then why i see your crime is for killing hernandez , then i didn't even have a chance to know what is going on , i told him what ? i didn't kill him ! and like 2 cops were around him , i told him can i explain some where more privacy ? then he banned me

I didnt realize that i killed hernandez,and this time i wont say sorry for killing him , because my shots were unsynced and i crashed but I admit i DMed for no reason as a self defense act maybe i do not remember...
 
Notes :1.As any admin looking at this story or had a look at it he will say he made it up , i know if i was one i will say that the crashing part is a lie or made up ... I don't know I will leave it for admins to decide.
2.As usual as any unban request,I didn't post this unban request until I got again what i did and my mistakes , and learned again from them , and the most important thing,Do Not rob a bank...
3.And as usual again , I am sorry for DMing..

4.maybe a little more note might be useful of a past warning that i got also by paprika , The bank robbery before the one i got banned after , after i got out of rp , I went again to the bank not realizing what happened (because after admins warned me that i got out) the player Squad went out and rushed to my car and wanted to escape , i just wanted to tell that i didn't plan to aid him , i was going back to see why cops are still there and why my wanted level got removed whatever , I told them on main chat "Shall i run ? he rushed to my car , i am not aiding him" or something like near to that , Then Hernandez started to abuse me of random aiding , and all cops rammed me with stockaids and shot me just for standing in front of the scene and even i just didn't know shall i run ? did they expected me to aid him and go ? i didn't want to get killed by cops for nothing , i just drove to the next ally , and stopped after hernandez told that i am random aiding , i wanted to explain but they were following me to car-jack me and ram me with stock aids,I don't know if that got anything with my unban request just wanted to mention it.

Dear Staff,

I tried to Ignore my ban but I couldn't , Its like something in my heart , I can't leave my friends and the nicest community I ever entered , And my progress in game , and having fun with ramps and events that maybe couldn't be made in Sp even if I wouldn't Enjoy it ...

I miss everyone There , Everyone helped me in the start , and helped me in the middle of my way , and who is still helping....

I have thought in everything I did , and I did put my self in the others place to feel how much my acts were damaging others , and helping them sometimes , to see how did I reflect my self on others , How did they see me ? Do I Look like ? Am I bad ? Am I a good person ? Did I reflect the wrong look of me ? Did i hurt others with my talk ? , all of these questions and more I was asking my self everyday I want to get back but i kept resisting to show no interest...

Now I couldn't resist anymore , I belong there , sometimes I thought I might want to start a fresh start with everyone , even my self ....

I admit I DMed , But Hernandez kill was unsynced , I am so bad at shooting , I never expected to Hit a Special Forces Noose Vertran player , I admit only Trying to..

And I am Cj , I like peace , I help people , But I don't like troubles ....

Like imagine Cj coming to LC , He will be like completely lost , Almost like niko when he came from italy... He lost all of his friends, And made new ones .....

I am not trying to Make up an excuse , But if I was aware of what I am doing , I would like to get a car and get out...

If I really wanted to DM and get banned , I will simply take a car and Car-Kill them all !

CJ I was there, you were killed through RP. You came back and started killing cops immediately after you respawned which is:

a) Returning to an RP scene after death

b) Deathmatching

c) Revenge-killing

There are no ifs, ands, or buts about it.

I didn't Notice you were there (maybe) , in case if you were there , I did /resetspawn there , and I didn't Kill anyone to kill him again because he killed me (except the cop who shot me after I was out of the bank ) and I only admit trying to kill as a self defence....


Wait a second , I did crash near Black's Car , Why did I respawn at the bank ?

And of course I asked for a chance once ago , So I didn't find it good to ask for another chance after I did Commit a Try for Deathmatching...

I respect all of your choices...If I had a server of any game I would do the same....

Just a little question in case I didn't Get Unbanned...All of my properties will stay the same way I left them ?
