It will depend on how much time you actually dedicate towards the police career.

My advice to you:

1. Play as cop as much as you can
2. Play on the server as much as you can
3. Follow server rules and don't get in trouble with admins
4. Practise your combat skills
5. Play with Kessu and Hype
