This is my punish history untill my 2nd ban...
I got banned for "disrespecting players|never learning this lesson" by NICOLE.. U see..
When I joined till now, I have 3 bans. The first one forget about it.. I was Insulting-disrespecting players-disrespecting some admins-carjaking-carkilling-carraming-lying-DM and so. ( that was before the second Ban for sure)
After I got banned for the second time for flaming senate by telling him "--------------" and I apologize for him.. I have learned a lesson, and from that time I didnt rulebreak. I got changed, my mind changed, I got matured, before, I was noob player...In Rp, I know that saying like "fuck" or someth is allowed, if the players involved in that RP agrees when some1 says a bad word, So I was saying like "shutup" or something in local chat, in an RP... and I know its allowed as If I told you.
From 2 days, An arabic player joined his name is "Stefanos", I told him "Ahlan 3rs" , and the word "3rs" is like an insult in arabic, I am arabic too. That word, we use it in the server for joking, like when I see Toreto and he sees me , we tell for each others like "Hai 3rs"... So when Stefanos joined I told him that word as a Joke, and joey lucchese kicked me.... I said [with my self] "thats ok"...I was going to jail, I thought that I got abused,so I said when I was going to Jail "I will not play again here".After couple of hours, I joined back,and a player said on the main chat "U said that u will not play again, why u are lying?"... I pm-ed him and said for him that He dont know me and I dont know him and we are not friends, and I told him to stop pming me cz he is a kid, And I said for him that I am trying to  ignore him cz he is a kid.... then Nicole came and told me "in PM" why I was disrespecting him, she said "do u want a  second ban?"
I told her "3rd*"
And I told her "Nah"(No)
She said that I have a long history with disrespecting players and insulting and so...
I told her that I got changed, she said that I didnt. Then I said ok I didnt get changed
I forget what happened exactly in PM.
She maybe said for me "we will discuss that" or "we will talk in your unban request" and she banned me....………
I got shocked when she did that.. Really at that time everything got ruined, When I stopped insulting, disrespecting and rulebreaking, she came and banned me, I was planning to be from the best players in the server, I was helping new players when I can, being a fair player who dont rulebreaks and abuses... she did that and now I dont know what to do or what to say...

Look Nicole. I said that again and I don`t like to talk too much, I don`t need an unban request or something.. I just told u that I changed my behavior from the 2nd ban... I know everything here in this server,I started playing from a year,and I know that saying like "fuck" in the local chat is RP, and if a player in an RP don`t agree for that he must tell me to not say bad words. I changed,my behavior changed...So I am asking u, does a sentence on /pm deserves a ban? or a joke on the main chat need that? the word "3rs" we use it in arabic, Like when toreto talks with me he says "hi ya 3rs"... we just say that word as a joke. That player "stefanos" is arabic, and I said that for him as a joke, which don`t deserve a ban... I just want to tell admins that I got oppressed"unfairness" here, and sometimes... Before the 2nd Ban, I was insulting,Disrespecting,carrming,carkilling,disrespecting admins,LYING,I was a Noob. But after 2nd ban.. Everything changed,I will say it. I matured.............and tried to make my Punish history clean, I wanted to be trusted.... Play here and have some fun in free times, help, be respectful and proves for everyone that I changed.. I still don`t know how this happened just right now.. Everything got ruined.. all what I planning to do or doing just got ruined by a ban in a red sentence which I want to stay away from it. My first Ban was a lie, I will be honest and tell u everything.. My 1st ban was "my brother did that" and It was me, I was abusing and deserved that ban.. But what happened now,I thought ........nothing... I am just saying these words from my heart............ Can u give me A copy of my Punish History and Reports one? please?
I am not pm-ing admins for an unban.. I just want u to see this..

Maybe u didn`t..But I said everything I can say for you, not for anyone, because I thought u are the only admin here that u don`t be arrogant with players..

ah sorry for lots of PMs , But before, u said "never learning this lesson".. I learned it when I got banned by senate, when I said for him fake..! he sent for me my Punish history, and the problems between me and u, like "kicked for disrespecting|bye" and some other warnings.. When I got banned by senate, I saw it, and wondered why I was doing that before, and what are the reasons for it.. I removed my unban request "2nd" and I deleted the game..After that I came back and got unbanned, and changed.. U weren`t here for a while.. I was saying that I wish Nicole and Ninda come to remove my previous image of Disrespecting, and that I am a rulebreaker and the one who dont follow the rules....... Then after a while, my laptop screen got broken, I was off for a month.. and I came and rarely I see u online.. now u just came and the image of "Disrespecting and insulting" was still in your mind. You still didn`t know that I changed everything with myself... Now I am saying, I must say in the (3rd) request. and How I can Press the link to post it!How I can see my name to players and admins who know that this is my 3rd one.....

I told you that we should discuss your ban in your unban request after you went and PM me all this. This is your third ban indeed so you should've known not to PM me about it. Now, given your huge history of having untolerated behaviour, it was a simple decision to ban you. If what you say about Joey's punishment is true, I would have banned you nonetheless for disrespecting "Reborn". I didn't see the whole conversation you had with him but it is clear that you called him a "kid" because you were simply vexed by the kick and him. I don't have to explain that calling a player a "kid" is an attempt of degrading the person.. do I?

By the way, I just checked the logs and apparently you died as a suspect right before you insulted in the main chat?  -that which led Joey to believe it was said out of bad intention. And Stefanos didn't reply to your PM when you told him that it was a joke either. I guess the lesson for you to learn here is that you just don't call anyone a "bitch" in the main chat without expecting to be misunderstood.

hmmm, u may check the logs again and see when stefanos said I was afk or off most time in /pm or /l .. after senate banned me, I told u I got changed, u may believe that or not, its your decision,so dont look at the punish history after senate banned me if u believe... I told Stefanos that word, which we use it, U may ask Toreto, that we use that word as a joke.I will say YES, I will  learn that lesson, because that is the solution to make u stop discussing this. I will learn it and stop saying 3rs on the main chat.
What u want to believe that I got changed? When u were off for some time I got changed, in that time Ninda left the server"as I thought" , when I came back from being off for a month or something, I noticed that you are not here. So u came contingency and u still have that image that I have bad behavior for other players, u came and saw what happened on the main chat, then u banned me. I still thought that I dont deserve it... Maybe

History or no history, a player would still be punished for their disrespectful behaviour, ban or no ban. I know you know that when you called Reborn a kid, you didn't mean it in a good way. Actually, i'm going to retract what I said in my first post. I wouldn't have banned you if you were not already warned for insulting on that exact same day. Whether you did changed or not, I hope that you may prove yourself better after you get unbanned. I have nothing else to say so managers+ may decide whenever to do so now.

Thanks for who helped me, and who made me have a better behavior than in the past. I cut the sheet of the bad behavior in the past, and I want to start cleanly sheet and History..and Wish to play and don`t get removed from the server or community...

Moodi, at first I thought your ban might have been a bit rushed, but after reading all the logs it seems you deserved it. If you don't know how a player is going to react to your Arabic insults then don't use them, especially not in the main chat. This should be common sense yet you managed to evade that logic.
